Do we need to pay Upfront?

To proceed, we ask for a £40 upfront fee , which counts toward the total £80 . The rest is only due if you sign the tenancy.

If the first viewing isn’t right for you, we’ll offer up to 10 more options and viewings for free . If nothing suits, the £40 is fully refunded—no questions asked.

In case we don’t like the property after viewing, will the amount be refundable?

Yes, if you don't like the accommodation, your amount is 100% refundable. At BritStayy, we are fully committed to providing the best service. If you're not satisfied, your refund is guaranteed.

Why do we need to pay upfront?

BritStay requires a minimum upfront payment of £35. This is because, in many cases, tenants directly approach landlords during viewings and bypass our agency, resulting in lost commission. To secure our service fee, this advance payment is necessary.
